Healthy Tastes of Autumn Smoked Fish and Mushrooms

In spring, delicacies such as various mushrooms may appear again. During the program, we can get acquainted with the most common Hungarian mushrooms and the different preservation options. We will talk about why it is important to eat mushrooms. We will get acquainted with kitchen technologies that are healthy and easy to prepare. We will bring out our home smoker and together we will smoke what we caught from the local trout lake.
