Over the weekend, I would like to show you what practicing yoga can do for your body, mind, and spirit, including:

Meditation
From relaxation through breathing techniques to meditation, the goal is to strive for the FLOW experience.
The purpose of meditation is to relax and deepen. To find our true self, to connect with our intuitive self and to be able to feel, think, make decisions and act from there.
